Resource 02 / Be Transformed
Marriage Is Worth the Fight.
A Christian marriage restoration book about becoming the man God called you to be, restoring trust, and fighting for covenant love with humility, service, and sacrifice.
The book is written directly to men and husbands, but the truth inside is not limited to men. Wives and women can also benefit from the biblical principles, heart-level questions, and restoration framework.

Watch
An invitation to fight for marriage.
A short message about why this work matters, what marriage is meant to be, and why restoration begins when God starts transforming the heart.
What it is
A book for men who want restoration to begin in the heart.
Marriage Is Worth the Fight is a book, ebook, and downloadable resource for husbands who want to fight for their marriage without blaming, controlling, or waiting for their spouse to change first.
The resource focuses on spiritual responsibility, personal transformation, repentance, leadership, service, sacrifice, and the daily choices that help rebuild trust over time.
While the voice of the book is aimed at men, women can read it to better understand the framework, examine their own hearts, and find language for the kind of transformation that helps love become visible.
Why it matters
The fight is not against your spouse.
It confronts the real enemy.
Pride, passivity, resentment, self-protection, and selfishness can quietly shape a marriage. This book calls men to let God deal with those places honestly.
It gives restoration a path.
The goal is not to win an argument. The goal is to become transformed, trustworthy, tender, faithful, and willing to love in visible ways.

Is marriage still worth it? In a world where commitment is optional, divorce is common, and happily ever after feels like a fantasy, this book says yes. Emphatically.
Marriage is Worth the Fight is part testimony, part battle cry. Josef Kauzlarich does not claim to be a marriage expert, but he has been through the trenches. With humor, humility, and hard-won insight, he opens up about nearly losing his marriage and what brought it back from the edge.
This is not a manual. It is a mirror, a challenge, and a chance to rediscover what God had in mind when He invented this thing called marriage. Marriage might be messy. But it is still worth the fight.

Josef's book, Marriage is Worth the Fight, is filled with lots of practical wisdom for building not only a lasting marriage, but an enjoyable one. The chapters offer great information and, while exhaustive, it is very easy to read.
The biblical content is excellent, and it is well-researched. While both husbands and wives will benefit from the content, I would highly suggest it for husbands. Overall, a great handbook filled with Bible-based, applicable information and inspiration.

With humility and honesty, Josef Kauzlarich points out that marriage is a divine institution that is worth fighting for, especially when characterized by selflessness, sacrifice, mutual serving of one another and practicing forgiveness.
Josef accurately spells out the principles of a solid marriage, especially the principle from Micah 6:8, to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God. This book is filled with excellent advice. I proudly recommend this book and am thankful for Josef's pursuit of this subject so excellently.

Thank you for your honesty and passion about God's first institution: marriage. I was forced to keep reading your book because of the heart wisdom, heartfelt compassion for the battle, and, most of all, your deep love for God's infallible Word.
It is both our foundation and the building blocks for a marriage that's made in Heaven and worth fighting for.

In a world where the meaning of marriage has become distorted, Josef offers a refreshing and much-needed resource for men. Marriage is Worth the Fight is more than just a guide. It speaks to the mind, touches the heart, and uses everyday examples to help men understand not just how to love their wife, but why it truly matters.
This is not about fixing problems or checking boxes. It is about becoming the kind of man who builds his marriage on strength, humility, and intentional love.
